Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PASS Money Transfer mobile application (the "App"), operated by PASS Money Transfer ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App & Its Purpose

PASS Money Transfer provides an FX rate and transfer fee estimation tool that allows you to:

• Select a send currency and a payout currency
• Enter a send amount or a receive amount
• View the automatically calculated equivalent amount based on current exchange rates
• View the applicable transfer fee for the selected currency pair

Supported currencies currently include: USD, KZT, UZS, GEL, TRY, KGS, TJS, and AZN.

All results are estimates only. The App does not execute, process, or facilitate actual money transfers. Displayed rates and fees are for informational purposes and may differ from the final rates and fees applied at the time of an actual transaction.

You acknowledge that:

• Exchange rates and fees are subject to change at any time
• Estimated amounts are not guaranteed
• You use the App at your own discretion

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
